NVMeG4-IP with PCIe Gen4 Soft IP enable direct NVMe Gen4 SSD interface without need PCIe Gen4 Hard IP. Break the barriers of NVMe interface and make it possible to build single and multi-channel NVMe SSD storage systems for very high-performance application on the cost-effective FPGA devices. This generation can astonishingly achieve more than 7,400MB/s data transfer per channel on real FPGA board! The IP core product includes the reference design that has been proven to work on real FPGA board, contributing to reliable development and significantly shortening the development period.

Each lane of PCIe Gen4 can transfer 16Gbps of data. The next generation NVMeG4-IP is designed from ground up to achieve maximum possible performance. From our test result on AMD Xilinx ZCU102, Avg. read speed is 7,446MB/s and Avg. write speed is 6,963MB/s.
